I need a little bit more help

I have slowly been trying to lose weight. I am walking and using a treadmil and although I want to be dropping lots and lots of pounds the weight is not falling off like I want it too. I know alot of it has to do with the way I eat. I need to get on Nutrisystem. I struggle with portion control. I need to be shown how much I need to be eating. I hate cooking so I go out and buy alot of fast food. I know how bad it is for me but I continue to do it.

I need to start Nutrisystem because I will get the foods packaged and I dont have to really cook anythign from scratch. I know that if I start eating those foods the weight will come off sooner than it is now. I know that with a change in the way I am eating and doing the excersices I am doing now the 30 pounds that I want to lose will come off. I really need to talk to my hubby about signing up with nutrisystem. Have any of you guys tried it out? How much weight did it help you lose?  I also want to know does the food taste delicious?







down 2 lbs is good.

today I weigh 216.4 so that means I have gone 2lbs thats a good way to start. I am going to keep eating what I have been eating  and I am going to try to add excersice today. I got so distracted cleaning the house yestrday that I didnt work out. I will start working out though. I will blog more when I get back from taking the kids to school.







Taking accountability for it

I need to be held accountable for my weight issues so I am going to list how much I weigh and I need to see how big I have gotten so maybe that will motivate me to lose the weight. I am as of today 218 lbs. Yes thats right I myself cannot believe that I have let myself gain that much weight. I started the day before yesterday walking but didnt walk yesterday because it started raining. Its raining today but I plan to workout at home.

I got 5lbs weights to work on my arms and I got 3 different workout dvds. I hope this will really motiviate me to lose the weight. I eventually want to way about 150 but I am going t make realistic goals for right now. I want to lose 30lbs to start with and I will take it from there. My goal is to lose at least 5 lbs per week  but lose it healthy like for right now I am working on portion control. I am also going to work on not eating out. I have a bad habit of eating at a fast food joints and that has got to stop if I am serious about losing weight.

I am going to make time for myself to do a workout. I need t0o hurry up and finish the work I need to do and then I can start on my workout.
